For anyone who notices signs, symptoms or preferences for a neurodiverse way of working (with or without a diagnosis).
A way to understand how our own mind works and how we process information.
Paying attention to how we ‘experience’ the world through all five of our senses.
To model excellence. (Identifying our strengths, and building on them.)
To create simple methods for prefered responses to specific situations.
To develop a more objective way of thinking about things that have happened to us: so that we can take that information and respond to it constructively.
To learn to advocvate for ourselves, if and when we might chose to.
