Every session is tailored to the individual, blending reflection, problem-solving, and actionable tools. While coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or crisis mental health treatment, we safely hold space for significant challenges, help you identify what you need to move forward, and can readily signpost you to excellent therapists if required.

Who we are

Francesca Ritchie | Co-Founder & Principal Coach

Growing up traveling and working in the arts, combined with deep personal and professional experience with neurodiversity, gave Francesca a firsthand understanding of the unique pressures found in creative and high-stakes careers.

She founded TIGERmind to bridge the gap between valuable research and the people who need it most. She aims to make this knowledge accessible, practical, supportive, and human—helping individuals feel truly understood, capable, and empowered to live and work sustainably.

Laurence Ritchie | Co-Founder & Director

Brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the music industry to TIGERmind specialising in performance, management and creative output.

As an international DJ, producer (under the moniker Inland Knights), and label head of Drop Music, he has spent decades touring globally, managing events, producing music, and running an independent record label. Having navigated the realities of international touring and sustained performance firsthand, Laurence has a deep, practical understanding of the unique pressures and demands found within creative environments.

In his role at TIGERmind, Laurence focuses on the running and oversight of the company rather than direct coaching delivery.
